What we do:

We give conventions the ability to run ribbon games by being the HQ for all things Ribbons. We start working 4 to 5 months before the event and run a group order for the convention (including attendees). We create and run a Facebook and Discord group specifically for the convention’s ribbon game for attendees, vendors, and artists to join and refer to when looking for specific ribbons. It’s a place where everyone can post their ribbons and the way to earn them. This is all monitored and moderated by us. We also create an online catalog of all the ribbons submitted to us on Google Sheets for the attendees’ viewing.

We start by creating social media engagement by advertising the ribbon game being brought to your convention. We handle the questions and concerns for the game and actively interact with the participants in the Discord and Facebook groups.

We work with Marco Promos, a promotional company that also creates badge ribbons. There are many different kinds of badge ribbon companies out there, but we’ve worked with Marco all 6 years and have a great relationship with them. Working with a representative, we collect your convention’s ribbon designs, (vendors/artists/and attendees) and handle the exchange with Marco.

We will run a 101 panel and other interactive panels with games, challenges, and trivia with ribbons as prizes. We will also run ribbon game meetups daily. (Ex: a three-day con with no Day 0 would have at least one 1 hour ribbon 101 panel, three 1 hour meetups, and any additional panels). We take photos and videos of the interaction with our booth, panels, and meetups. This will be shared with the convention.

We help design ribbons for a fee with our artists and create free-to-earn ribbons for attendees to earn at our booth, along with pay-to-play games with earnable ribbons as prizes. We sell starter packs for trading/playing purposes for attendees who don’t have ribbons to easily join in on the fun! We have a trade board of unique/rare badge ribbons from other conventions for ribbon “dealers” (people who have their own created ribbons to hand out) to trade with the board.

Group Orders

We take care of the attendee's and conventions group orders by collecting information and designs by a google form and submit the information to Marco Promos, our badge ribbon site to get the ribbons created. 

Designing Ribbons

Ribbon Hoarders LLC is working with some artists and offering ribbon designs for $5 per design! They will be hand/digitally drawn and sent to you via email attachment! What this would look like:

At the convention, attendees can request custom-made ribbons. They can order 1 or multiples of a design(s) for a fee. This will be on an FCFS (first-come-first-served) basis and limited.
